Personal information collected for the purposes of participating in the Closing Manager will be visible to the other parties participating in closings with you, including but not limited to Lanier Law employees & owners & affiliates, real estate agents, mortgage brokers, lenders, real estate company management, mortgage broker company management, or any other person that might otherwise have responsibilities associated with the respective closings that you are a party to. > Such sharing of information is indeed one of the purposes of the Closing Manager >,(to open up communication lines and share information between related parties) and as such, those not interested in this possibility should decline to participate in the Closing Manager. Lanier Law disclaims any liability to how any other parties with access to your personal information on the Closing Manager use your personal information. Lanier Law Internet Privacy Policy shall not apply to information which is otherwise public, or which is obtained by a third party. > Any information that you obtain via the Closing Manager should be considered to be confidential, and should only be used for the purposes intended for the specific closing(s) that you are involved with. > You are not permitted to share such information with unauthorized third parties.    Lanier Law reserves the right to seek all remedies available at law and in equity for violations of these Rules and Regulations, including the right to block access from a particular Internet address to the Site.
