What we do

Here’s a very general overview of what we do to prepare for your closing:

1. We obtain a title search of the county records for the property, and review the title documents to make sure there are no outstanding liens or other problems, and that title will be clear when your closing is complete.
2. We gather a lot of information needed for closing! Click here for the list of information we need.
3. We provide your lender with all the information they need regarding the title to the property, and they send us your loan documents to review prior to closing.
4. We prepare your settlement statement which provides a complete picture of the transaction, each cost incurred by buyer or seller, and tells you how much money you will need to bring to closing.
5. We close!
